Understanding Career Counselling | Syed Abidi’s Book Launch in Karachi – Geo News
The launch event was honored by the presence of Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah as the Special Guest.
Speaking at the event, Syed Abidi highlighted the importance of professional and ethical career counselling and emphasised that students should understand their abilities, interests, personality, values and aspirations before choosing a career path.
He stressed that the right career choice should be based on an individual’s strengths and interests rather than social pressure or traditional expectations.
Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah also emphasised that students should be given the freedom to choose their own careers, while parents and educators should understand their aspirations and guide them towards the right opportunities.
